Michael and his business partner Chandler Dixon have designed Timberwolves with comfort, guaranteeing that thier is something for everyone in the family. Michael started his culinary journey working at Bee Bee Dairy , Norwich at the age 13. Michael enjoyed working many back of the house an front of the house positions. " I enjoy being creative in the kitchen with spices keeping food quality an sourcing in mind . That's how we created our BBQ sauce line we went an prayed to to the creator for divine assistance an you can taste it in our bbq sauce from start to finish. Michael states it his goal to one day see Timberwolves BBQ sauce on every table in America. We are proud that our sauce is made in America.

Rev. Jennifer Stamm brings extensive experience in business management, financial administration, hospitality, staff development, and organizational leadership. She holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University at Buffalo and previously worked as a manager with the Internal Revenue Service, where she also developed curriculum

She holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University at Buffalo and previously worked as a manager with the Internal Revenue Service, where she also developed curriculum and training materials used throughout the federal workforce.
Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in catering and event planning as the owner of Golden Palate in Buffalo, NY. Her background in food service, education, and business operations gives her a strong understanding of both the day-to-day needs of a restaurant and the long-term planning required for sustainable growth.
Jennifer is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and commitment to serving both the business and the surrounding community.
